A new version of Hurdy-Gurdy:

 

 

 

 

 

          

 

I got my inspiration to make this special hurdy-gurdy from the Frensh Baroque painter

Georges de la Tour  (1593 - 1652) with his painting " Le violonneux ".

 

 

 

Scale: 40 cm.

Two melody strings tuned in d`.

One trompet string.

Two drone tuned in D and G.

Designed in maple. Stained with natural pigments. Finnished with shellac.

I know my craft.
