 Standards of building:

For example traditonaly hand-wounded metal fittings on the  keybox lid (not from a cigar box) & exactly moveable and adjustable sliding nuts for optimal tuning and regulate the tangents.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Special equipment:

Each melody string can be equipped with a string lifter. For comfortable tuning and speedy sound changing during the play. These can be operated from outside the keybox.

Crafting and equipment specifications  

  • All maple build apart from pinewood top.

  • Chromatic keyboard covering 2 octaves (French style).

  • Keybox lid, chien and peg head are embossed at the rim.

  • (Mensur) 35cm, tuning C/G, electively with one or two melody strings.

  • A fine tuner is available for the surcharge of 7,50 € per piece.

  • Two drones in C and G, one trompette which can be placed in various positions.   Coloured with earth colour pigments dissolved in natural oil.

  • Surface lacquered with shellac.
